I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were in nasty shape with severely damaged wood walls and very torn and worn, particularly the bathroom area. On the flip side, they were very comfortable in every way, spacious, and I had a suite in the East Wing. The service was top-notch with very friendly, helpful, and professional staff, from the luggage carriers to the front desk and executive lounge assistance. The location was convenient to the Metro Station and small restaurants around, making it excellent for those looking to explore easily. On the downside, the dining options were a bit crowded, requiring some waiting time, but they had a good variety of European and Chinese dishes. The facilities were good overall. The price was reasonable given the facilities on offer.
